Kada Posted September 13, 2017 Share Posted September 13, 2017 I am on Day 13 and I read other posts about heachaches- but I wake up with a headache and it has been building over several days- i tried taking no medication for several days but I eventually had to take something- I am now up to a double dose of advil and Tylenol and it doesn't relieve the headache. I thought maybe it was caffeine related because I was drinking more tea but I have switched to only herbal tea now. I have had a few Rx Bars or Lara bars but not daily (I saw in previous posts that could be a contributor to headaches). I drink plenty of water, veggies with every meal and I use salt- has anyone found something else to tweak to help with headaches. I am at the point where I can hardly function.
