Aaahh - too hot & spicy ***URGENT

I need help urgently, I have done a mahoosive chilli for us to eat when my hubby gets in and it is far, far too hot. Like vindaloo hot. I have tried to cool it a bit with 2 cans of coconut milk, a lime and another can of chopped tomatoes, none of which have really made a dint in the fire. Can anyone help with cooling ideas???

I made a too hot curry and I served it over a baked, halved acorn squash. I toasted the seeds too for a nice and crunchy decoration. Might be too late now but it did even out the heat and the flavors were really complimentary. :)
