    Starting March 6 for Lent

    Hi I started for lent as well on ash Wednesday. I too am returning but really glad coffee does not give me jitters. My biggest trigger is alcohol which I let sneak back in with a vengeance and derail the rest of my eating. I'm sad to think I may need to not drink in order to find real food freedom. Nice to have a fellow returnee on my same start day. ALM Grandma

    I'm very inspired by this thread! I'm on day 4 and I JUST realized after I consumed my multi-vitamin that it's a gummy and probably packed with sugar; now after reading the package, it totally is I remembered reading that multi-vitamins were allowed on Whole30, so I didn't think twice about it. But, I think this has more of a physiological impact since it may have been feeding my very hungry sugar dragon. After reading this post, I'm definitely going to add a few more days to my plan. AND look for another multi-vitamin!

    Oh my goodness, Lorna. You have been through quite a lot in your lives. I really admire you for going through so much loss, very difficult struggles with your children, keeping the family together and staying positive. That is a special gift. I love your story about your partnership with your husband and how you work together to keep the relationship solid. You're an inspiration to everyone in setting goals and working to achieve them.
