  1. I teach a pretty high level class and I usually have an extra bar just to get something with a proper macro balance in me. Then after class I like to cook eggs with brussel sprouts and a sweet potato with half an avocado. Hard boiled egg has been a go to at times pre or post depending on my time frame. I take a little ghee in the morning coffee too hope this helps a little

  2. The days I'm reintroducing, I'm only eating some of the food, and saving the rest for later. This is a BIG deal for me. I have been a notorious binge eater. This was the most apparent when I could have corn again. My biggest problem pre-W30 has been tortilla chips. I would eat at LEAST half a bad a night. Well, on Saturday I opened a whole bag with some salsa, sat down ready to just enjoy as much as I wanted "because I deserve it", and amazingly only ate 5-6 chips. They just weren't that great.   3. Welcome Suzy72! I'm telling you...the hardest part is committing. Once you do, the rest will come. Take tomorrow to shop and meal prep and join us on Monday. You will be SOOOOOO glad you did. I'm 6 days in and feeling good. My skin is starting to look better...I actually slept through the night last night. And it will just keep getting better.   4. Hi! I have started today. Feeling nervous but excited. It is my day off today so I have done a lot of meal prep for the week which should keep me on track! Be great to keep in touch and support one another !

  5. started today, being a long time since i tried, so lets see where this goes, 2nd meal in and feel good, just over lunch , but the dreaded evenings and weekends are the real testers. also struggling to make breakfast interesting. good luck anyone starting.
