R1D5 1st: 3 boiled eggs with leftover sweet potatoes, 1/2 avocado, and roasted red pepper sauce, with some strawberries & blueberries 2nd: 2 salmon patties with roasted red pepper mayo, baked sweet potato, celery w/ranch 3rd: shrimp, spaghetti squash, marinara sauce, zucchini, onions Work was slow yesterday, so I had time to eat lunch a little before noon. I wasn't "hungry-hungry," but felt like I could eat. One of the best things about eating like this is that I don't feel bloated and sluggish after I eat. My injured finger is doing even better.
