Do you continue taking your pills? I'm on day 12 of my first Whole30 and started cramping/dark light bleeding this morning. I'm only on the end of the second week of my pack...so wondering if I should keep taking or stop. I go to doctor for annual end of this month, but thinking I may call her still to check.
