  1. So I wanted to try something different from my own cooking so thought of using meal delivery service for the next week. When I see the ingredient list- I am worried if it is really whole 30 compliant as advertised. Note: This is listed on Whole 30 website in meal delivery section. https://eatcooked.us/products/whole30-meal-package Please go to January 21 meal package and check all the meals....I am not sure if it is Whole 30 compliant?? Please guide or I will cancel my order.

    Whole 30 Mayo expiry?

    Thank you.
  3. I prepared W30 mayo yesterday to spread it on my eggplant bun chicken burger. 1. How long usually can I keep it in the refrigerator without going bad? 2. How do I know if it has spoiled? Thanks,
  4. Thank you all. Third Whole 30. Feeling great already. Day 6.
  5. Can I use readymade zucchini noodles/cauliflower rice that I get at Wegman's? For example: https://www.wegmans.com/products/produce/fresh-cut-vegetables/blend/zucchini-noodles-644084.html https://www.wegmans.com/products/produce/fresh-cut-vegetables/vegetables/organic-zucchini-noodles.html https://www.wegmans.com/products/produce/fresh-cut-vegetables/cauliflower/cauliflower-rice.html It does say: allergens may be present due to shared facility. In ingredient list, it does not say any additives. Please shed light on this. Thanks,

    Wedding reception

    Thank you for the response.
  7. Hi, I started whole30 recently (first timer). Tomorrow (October 15th) is going to be my 17th day. So far so good. Here comes the challenge: I need to attend a wedding reception tomorrow evening. I am in dilemma what should I eat at wedding etc. If I do not eat, that will look rude. Please advice. Thanks, O

    Cooking fat/Oil

Hi All, I started Whole30 recently. Today is my 12th day and I am really enjoying my journey. Somehow I feel that I am eating too much fat (eg ghee, oil). Please let me know what is the recommended fat consumption. Usually have 2-3 tbsp cooking fat (ghee) per meal to cook etc. Is it too much? Thank you. -O
