I am so glad that I found this topic.
This is my first Whole30 and I am on day 15. In the past I have had a long cycle (38-42 days) and today I got my period two weeks early. This came as a surprise but also I have not experienced any bloating or tiredness prior to the start of my period which in the past was always a given.
I have no doubt this change in cycle is due to diet, another indication of the power food has over the body.
