  1. I started my 3rd Whole30 today. Making a big batch of slow cooker balsamic chicken. Tomorrow is chili (with roasted acorn squash). Making larger amounts definitely works for us - cook once, eat twice (or several!) times!!!

  3. I am curious to hear feedback about the advantages of staying on Whole30 longer - for people with 40+# to lose . I understand this an anti inflammation plan and not "weight loss" but curious to hear thoughts from those of you who arequested further along.
  4. I use it all the time and order it online (get it shipped). Here is the company I have been buying it through for the last few years. Plus, they have incredible balsamics, too!

    I have an allergy to coconut that is severe . I'd been looking for alternatives too.
