If you wanted, you could pull the meat off the bone of something like the chicken thighs or wings and pile it up and see how it measures up. It doesn't have to be exact, just be sure it's at least roughly the size of your palm.
And yes, eating big meals is the key to not needing snacks.

I like spinach and mushrooms in my scrambled eggs, and I typically use frozen, chopped spinach that I toss in the pan either frozen or, if I happen to think about it the night before, put some in a dish in the fridge. Lots of times, I don't even slice my mushrooms anymore, I just pop the stem out, break in half, and then break the cap into rough chunks. Add fat of choice (usually ghee with eggs) saute my veg until nearly done, toss in my eggs, scramble, scramble, scramble, and slide onto plate. Most times, I serve with a side of tomatoes or maybe left over roasted sweet potatoes, and some avocado or olives. Yum!
I have a very active 3 year old, so I totally understand not having time to get things together!

The meal template gives you slightly vague information on purpose. Do your best to estimate the palm-size and thumb-sizes. Make sure you have at least 1 cup of veggies, but more like 3 is better, especially if they are salad greens. After that, try to use your own hunger to guide you. If you are hungry between these meals you need more of something, likely more protein or fat but more vegetables is rarely a bad thing. good luck!

Well you are allowed to have 2 servings of protein if you need it. This would be a question for the top dogs in all seriousness. I'd be scared I'd drop one of my very expensive pastured eggs trying to build a pyramid. And my floors are not really clean right now...and I would scoop it up and eat it anyway.
