Congratulation's September 18ners! I may not have communicated as much as I wanted, but I did try and check in daily and read many of the posts. Good luck on the reintro and maybe I'll catch you on another round!

September 18'ers... we are so close!! Way to go!!

Day 21! What a great accomplishment we should all feel proud of ourselves woo hoo!! The “I’m Over It” phase hit me a lot harder the first time. This time I know what lies ahead. I really like the plan and how it makes me feel. I won’t lie, I can’t wait to have a glass of wine or go out for a nice sushi dinner. All this hard work for the past 20 days was so worth it. The next 10 days will feel like a walk in the park! I know that Sunday prep days will continue cause those 2-3 hours it takes to prepare for the week is, I feel, key to the success in this plan. Here’s to the next 10 days!! We got this!!

I've been off the grid this past week. Busy at work but I'm still on board and happy to say I made it to Day 14! I feel on my downtime I am busy googling Whole30 recipes and prepping meals!! I too would love to have a nice glass of wine with my Saturday dinner. Last night I made a delicious butternut squash soup as a starter & as our entree I made roasted salmon on top of sautéed cauliflower rice and peas! Instead of a nice glass of wine we had sparkling water with a twist of lemon served in a wine glass. I swirled my beverage in the glass and sniffed the "bouquet" as if a good glass of wine! My husband wasn't 't playing the game with me. He just laughed!! When the time comes we will enjoy the moment by Celebrating our 30 days!! Have a great day all!

Thanks! I failed to mention I'm 4'11 ... if I eat a cookie you see it right away I just love this plan and how it makes me feel.

I am a planner as well. Since this is my second round I know that by day 30 I will look and feel so much better. I did the reintroduction and thankfully I had no side effects. However, I know what is good for me and what is not. I have to be more mindful! I only gained 5 lbs back since the last time I worked the plan (March). Since then, I cooked basically the same and prepped about the same, maybe not as strict. My issue are those darn snacks at work!! Ugh! I found that to be the most challenging.

I mean Day 7!!

Saturday was a tough day for me and my husband but we made it through. We decided since the weather was perfect to take a drive to the beach (Jersey Shore). What to pack instead of our usual Pringles, Twizzlers and Sandwich from Wawa? I went to our local butcher, order 1/2 lb of turkey breast (compliant), brought a small tupperware container of whole30 Pesto recipe and some olives and that's what our cooler consisted of. We dipped our turkey breast in the pesto and munched on some olives.. all i can say is it really helps when your partner is with you 100%! Have a great Day 6 everyone

Checking in - Day 5... Last round I did a lot of eggs in the morning to the point where I was gagging. This time I find myself saving a small portion of what we eat for dinner and heat that up for breakfast. It seemed strange to eat Grilled Chicken, Roasted potatoes/ Brussels sprouts for breakfast, but it kept me full until lunch and it was actually pretty tasty!

I too am starting on Monday. This will be my second round. Totally went off track and want to feel better again!
