I'm always battling 20-30 pounds. Sometimes I get to my ideal weight and stay for a while but it always seems to creep back on regardless of what I think I'm doing right or wrong. I think I'm in denial about the healthy eating I perceive I'm doing after the weight loss.
Anyway, I'm really into Orange Theory Fitness and have been going consistently for a couple months. It's really challenging but I'm able to stick with it. Now I need to the nutrition to complement my physical fitness goals. I'm technically probably about 20 pounds over a healthy weight at the moment. Ugh!
Just wanna get it right for once and quit the yo-yo dieting.
