    February 27 - Newbie Start Date!! Join!!!

    Last night was the hardest so far fit me. I usually have an exercise class, but it was cancelled. I was feeling meh and bored, and I wanted a snack. Chips and salsa or chocolate. I was good and watched you tube instead. . Ha! Mindless videos > mindless snacking.

    Ok, I didn't really have a giving-up-sugar problem (except I didn't realize just how much of it sneaks into the weirdest food...), but I am tired of seeing all the Easter candy in every store I go into. I don't even really want to eat it, I just also would like to not look at it. Ate crock-pot shredded pork over baked potato with Ghee this week. Yummy. I put some ranch-seasoned mayo on top. I don't think I have ever eaten so much mayo in one month in my life. I keep using different flavors of it for dipping EVERYTHING. LOL...The Avocado mayo in the ISWF book is delicious. No tiger blood for me yet.

    Had to have my first morning snack today. I think maybe I didn't have enough protein and/or fat for breakfast. Tried the egg roll in a bowl recipe from pintrest. Maybe if I add an egg and some avocado? I'll try adding that with the leftovers.

    February 27 - Newbie Start Date!! Join!!!

    Day 6, and my symptoms have been fairly mild. I mostly jumped right to wanting a nap, but that might have something to do with taking care of my sick toddler, too! I don't miss cheese the way I expected. Mostly, it's wanting to add parmesan to the roasted veggies as flavoring, not cheese on is own. What's been surprising is how I almost eat bites of food accidentally when I'm getting the kid's food ready. Almost ate a piece of cheese out of habit while I was putting it on their plates! I hope I get energy soon. Worked out on day 3, and my legs felt so heavy. Class again tonight, so I'll see if it's getting better. I'm snacking much less, so that's working!

    Hi! I started on Sunday, so glad others are starting at around the same time. So far my day 2 is going well, but I needed to snack this afternoon, so I guess I need a bigger lunch. This first week will definitely be an experiment...
