    Starting March 1st

    I'm starting Whole 30 today (03/01) with my husband and I'm pretty nervous. I have such a sweet tooth so my main goal is to kick the sugar/soda habit once and for all. I have done all my shopping and a little bit of meal prep but I'm not to great at it yet. I'm worried about being hungry while doing this but I'm also excited to see how this goes. I look forward to all the support and ideas from everyone! And I would also love to join the Facebook group too!
