    Starting March 1st

    Hey all of you! Today is my day 50! How are you all doing with your reintroduction? I feel amazing, my Body now feels really adjusted to the Lifestyle. I lost to sizes in Jeans already but most of all my Skin is glooming and I look fresh and absolutely healthy! And I feel so much happier than before! I hope you all are well in your reintroduction period and you all will find out what caused you so much Troubles in the past and can avoid it in the future!

    Starting March 1st

    So my scale told me - 5,6 kg! Including my first two week attempt in February I lost since the end of january approximately 12 kg! That's amazing. A lot of people give me compliments and my dad was shocked when I posted a sportspicture today. ( he hasn't seen me since January ) that is really great! I love how thin my face looks now and how fresh my skin is. A big plus is also that I had no pms and no pain during my mens. Absolutely amazing!

    Jep I also found out that my bloated stomach refers to garlic. I love garlic but it seems like my body doesn't . But tomorrow is day 30! Yay! So weighing on day 31 - Friday I will celebrate day 30 with swimming in the morning, Nordic walking in the afternoon and horseback riding in the evening. What are your plans?

    Thanks for your advice. There is enough time to reintroduce the most important things after the whole90 and before the mission. Dairy and bread are two things I don't want to reintroduce because I don't have to eat them during the mission. We get lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and we can choose at a limited buffet what we want to eat. I will reintroduce sugar and noodles in June cause that are the things you can not run away from on mission. (There is sometimes just canned sweetened fruits available and I don't know why but they always have one noodles day a week) milk is only used for cereals and coffee and as a tea-fan I don't need it.

    From my Whole30log: Wohooo it's day 25 already. I am healthier, stronger and better looking than ever! I'm totally into sheperds pie at the moment. I really adore it! I have no cravings except the urgent need to get on the scale... but it's only 5 days away and I know whatever it tells me I love my new self. My friend made pictures of me riding my horse and you can see such an amazing difference! So it doesn't really matter what the scale tells me. I will not do the reintroducing because I don't miss any of the dismissed goods. Why should I reintroduce what my body obviously doesn't need?! So after a dinner at day 31 (without the dessert I ask earlier about) I will start the new Whole30 right away. I will do at least a Whole90 because in July I am back in Afghanistan on Mission and can't continue. Also, as a good advice for others, I write a diary of what I eat and at what time. I will post before/ after pictures on day 31 - that's next Friday. What about you?

    Thanks kirkor! The thing is that I will do the next Whole30 just the next day. I don't wanz to introduce any of the Food I eliminated the last days. I feel good with what I eat now. Why should I change it despite a dessert now and then?

    Hey fellows! I am back from my freeletics Training, yesterday I was Nordic Walking again. It's getting better now. No more Feelings of passing out. Now my question: Have you planned a reward at day 31? My plan ist to go to a really nice dinner WITH Dessert with my friends at an 800 degree Restaurant(Steaks) at day 31 and at April 1st I will start the next whole30. Do you think it is okay to have a Dessert at the first day after?! Or should I just pick the Steak and leave the Dessert because it would be a reward for doing it the 30 days? Cause the reason was to learn that Food is not suitable as a reward....

    It was weird. The sugar smell in the Cinema made feel like I have to throw up every minute. So disgusting sweet. I brought some cold green tea with me that helped me get over the feeling. Afterwards we went to a restaurant and I had a very delicious lamb kebab with fresh salad. Yummy.

    Day 18 for me already! Yesterday I felt a bit bloated. But I made the best Whole30 sheperds pie ever in the evening! Amazing how much I enjoy my healthy food now. Today I have a date. We go to the movies. A new experience - movies without popcorn.....

    I celebrated day 15 with a nice round of Nordic Walking with my comrade. Walked a bit more than 7 km in 1 hour. Thats fine for me. Day 16 started for me with a freeletics workout. I feel really well at the Moment. But I am really scared now that the scale will show no significant changes at day 30. As a soldier, I have to loose weight. and I am going back to Afghanistan in July. I want to loose as much weight as I can in a healthy way until the flight. In Afghanistan I have no possibility to eat like I do now. I have to eat what the kitchen gives me...

    Tomorrow half of the time is already over! Thats amazing how quick it became a normal Lifestyle for me. I have no cravings, just my Scale is waiting for me every morning

    Starting March 1st

    This morning i did my first freeletics training since the start of Whole30. I thought I will pass out. Honestly. I never felt so weak before and I know what I'm talking about, I am a soldier. But I made it and as I planned it I drove to the barn afterwards to train my horse. So no time for lunch today despite a few blueberries. But that was okay. Felt not hungry at all and had a nice dinner

    For me in germany it's day 12 already! Today i am going to sweat my Ass off at freeletics with a friend and afterwards i will drive to the barn and train with my horse. So no time for cravings! The weekends are not the problem - work with all my comrades eating chocolate bars and nicnacs and haribo is much harder. What are your plans to keep the weekends full and to not think about Food?

    Happy Day 11 for all of you! Yesterday I had my day 10 Celebration with a facial treatment. It was great. My Dinner today was Surf'n Turf with grilled Zucchini and Aubergine. Delicious!

    I just wash them and use my zoodlemaker- looks like a big sharpener and costs about 10$ at amazon. After that I just put them to the meat in the pan for approximately 3 min. Thats it. Very easy and really tasty!
