    I hear you! Went to bed at 9 last night. Out like a light and still tired this morning. I'm taking the first week or so to adjust then going to reintroduce exercise. I think it's probably best to listen to your body and not beat yourself up over missing your classes. When the tiger blood finally kicks in you'll kick ass

    I am eating a cup of potato a day. And I have been adding salt to my food based upon other articles I read about thirst, sodium and whole 30. Last night wasn't as bad. Maybe I've turned a corner. Thanks for the tips

    Oh yeah! Feel like I haven't stopped drinking water! Been doing some research and in other Whole30 Forums they talk about it. Apparently a lot of people feel extremely thirsty. Something to do with ketosis?

    DAY 4 and so far so good. To be honest, the only thing I am really missing is my glass of wine in the evenings. I do love to relax with a glass of wine in the evenings. Supplementing it with some camomile tea instead

    Day 3 Whole 30 and I am EXHAUSTED! No headaches or anything like that, I just feel like I could sleep for a week. And I actually slept like a baby last night. Something I don't usually do... Usually I wake up several times a night. Last night I was out for the count! Maybe also a little teeny tiny bit cranky... (sorry hubby) Anyone else? Feeling good though other than that!

    You got this Kaylakat! Nothing to be nervous about. You are going to feel amazing! I personally cannot wait for that "I did it" feeling at the end! And I know weight loss is not the overall objective for the program, but I'll be honest, fitting back into my skinny jeans would feel good too!
