  1. Why eliminate beans?

    I'm on day 28 of my Whole30 and making solid plans for both the reintroduction and my diet for moving forward. In doing research, I also read about the Blue Zone diet (food guidelines here: which promotes a daily does of beans. Why are beans eliminated in the Whole30? Thank you!
  2. Raw cane sugar and organic honey (less than 1g per serving)
  3. I used Trader Joe's beef broth in two of my recipes (chili and whole chicken bake) then realized it has "less than 1g of sugar" per serving (full container has 4 servings). Otherwise I've had NO sugar. Is it really worth starting the 30 days over?
