  1. Hello! Im just finished with day 2 of my 3rd whole30. I ate two salads today (lunch and dinner) after a hearty breakfast including sweet potatoes. Each salad was huge (per the Real Plans recipes) to the point that I felt almost uncomfortably full when I finished each. Then two hours later, both times, I felt hungry again. Lunch was the Niçoise salad. So 1/4 lb of seared tuna, 1/4c olives, a hard boiled egg, olive oil in the dressing + veggies. Dinner was an antioxidant salad including shredded chicken, 1/2 an avocado, again olive oil in the dressing and alllll the veggies. Seriously the thi
