  1. I know this is an older post but I've suffered from adrenal fatigue and was a daily coffee drinker. You have to give it up for a while to heal your adrenals. I love coffee and hate the headaches from not having it so I weaned off by drinking Teecino herbal coffee. Their dandelion blend is gluten free. I now drink that in place of coffee most days. I really like it and occasionally I mix it with a little organic coffee and can tolerate it. Stress plays a huge role as well in healing. Hope that helps.

Day 28! Excited for reintro. I've decided to reintro only legumes, then non-gluten grains, then alcohol. I have an all day concert coming up soon after reintro, will be bringing my own snacks and having some alcohol. I've decided to avoid dairy and gluten all together until I really want some cheese for a special occasion. This past week I've been struggling with many headaches, fatigue and leg cramps at night. Definitely no tiger blood! I've been adressing adrenal fatigue issues for over a year now so I guess it's to be expected since I've been under a lot of stress for the past couple weeks. I've never experienced leg cramps this often before whole30 and wondering if anyone knows why this happens? It's at least every other night! I always take natural calm magnesium. I drink plenty of water. Still having dreams about food (ice cream, cheese quesadilla) but I don't have any cravings for any of that! I'll continue eating Whole30ish after my concert and probably will do another Whole30 until I get my hormones fixed.

Had a couple dreams about brownies and chocolate covered pretzels and I was crying while eating them since I would have to start over! wish I could have enjoyed them in my dream. Had a rough weekend of stressful moments. Saturday coming home from work another driver caused a car accident with me involved. They hit and ran. Ugh! Luckily I wasn't injured but I was sitting there waiting and hungry for an hour and a half and it was past dinner time. I had to eat the emergency lara bar I had in my purse. Whole situation made me very stressed so I'm mentally exhausted and really tired this week but hanging in there! On a more positive note, I have been really enjoying my food! Also, becoming more creative with my meals.

Great job with week one everyone! @cidyvee leftovers are a lifesaver for me too! Used to hate them but I'd rather eat them for lunches at work instead of having to cook more. @gobebeth having too much food is great! Week one flew by for me too. I'm wondering how week two will go. Today's breakfast is leftover meatballs & spaghetti squash with clarified butter & garlic topped with eggs. Side of cantaloupe. Yum! Hoping I have more energy than last week. Felt like I could nap mid day. Need to work on waking up earlier and sticking to the meal template for breakfast and less snacking during the day.

Hey everyone! End of day 7 and I'm proud to say I did really well this week! It went by very fast. Planning and prep goes a long way. Hubby wanted to go out so we went to the farmer's market today so I made sure to eat before hand. So glad I did because there were lots of temptations there. Oh, the bakery items! Pleased to say I didn't cave to the pumpkin rolls and donuts...Came home to dinner I had in the crockpot. Made my own meatballs and sauce and served it over spaghetti squash for dinner. Hubby isn't following whole30 but is happy to eat my compliant dinners. Yay!

Great start today for day 1. Feeling good and motivated, which doesn't come naturally for me! Spinach omlet with avacado and fruit. Yum! Lunch will be almond butter zoodles with broccoli and bell peppers. Its one of my favorite vegetarian meals! Dinner is going to be a rotisserie chicken, roasted red potatoes and a nice veggie salad with homemade dressing. How's everyone else doing and feeling today?

Hi everyone! I'm prepping food today and am so ready to start this journey tomorrow! I've had years of hormonal related problems including adrenal fatigue, horrible PMS and severe cramps during that time of the month, chronic joint pain/imflamation and sinus/allergy issues. I've always tried to eat fairly healthy but I'm sure I have sensitivities to dairy and gluten and I LOVE cheese... and wine! But ready to make a change! Can't wait to see how I feel without them.
