No sugar, no carbs, no booze. Following to the letter and suddenly yeast infection out of nowhere. Is this part of sugar detox as have not had a yeast infection in a while. I was drinking quite a bit of wine and eating all the things... high sugar diet. So maybe this is candida die off ? Any input welcome. Thank you.
