  1. You gals are awesome - I have a 7mo son, and didn't do a Whole30 while pregnant, but did try to eat clean as much as possible.... after morning sickness ended haha I found that mixing ginger and peppermint teas really helped calm my stomach. Maybe it'll help you, too!

    I love Well Fed, too! Those hot plates are fantastic and easy peasy! I was thinking about buying ISWF, but I've already read Robb Wolf's book, and done plenty of reading online... do you still recommend it? I hope you're all doing well!!

    So... I had plans to go out to dinner tomorrow night with some friends and they just decided to go to Giordano's. Ah! I hadn't fully committed, although was looking forward to seeing them. But, I don't know that I'm up for the deep dish avoidance challenge yet. Any advice?

    I'm also joining you ladies! I have a 7mo son, and while I've been mostly Paleo for almost three years, it's a good time to get fight the sugar demons... and to cut back on gluten free 'foods'. I've joined the FB group, it'll be great to keep up with you on there! Happy New Year!
