About Me

I am a 39 year old mother of two with severe Gastroparesis.  I started my W30 journey as a recommendation from a friend and a nutritionist.  I was throwing up my meals at least 6-12 times a week.  It was a vicious cycle as I would eat to be happy because I could control what went down, but not what came up.  I am taking control of it all now!
