Might technically be compatible since it is not specifically excluded, but I mean I would personally just avoid it. Plus how many foods out there use Caramel color and no other non compatible ingredients?
We have always been told it's specifically excluded.
And actually, a fair few -balsamic vinegars, meat sticks etc.
I'm really interested in the official answer on this one.

I don't understand the add salt idea. I thought salt depletes our water supply which contributes to headaches/dehydration.
Salt can make you thirsty, and too much of it can be toxic, but dehydration is actually treated with salt - your body dehydrates, sweats out the salt, and that's what causes the worst of the sickness.

Hello!
Currently wondering about E435 - Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate
http://www.food-info.net/uk/e/e435.htm
It's not on the list, but says it's derived from sorbitol. Would that make it non-compliant?

I got my period 3 weeks early (been on bc since 2011) and am on week 2 of light period symptoms. I’m going crazy and need to know I’m not alone here!
I've had a Mirena for almost 5 years, and never had any periods EXCEPT all 3 Whole30 rounds I did, I had one 2 weeks in.
Caramel colour?
in Can I have ___?
