Hi, I started my 30 days yesterday, may have been a mistake as I was feeling depressed and felt left out even though there were others in the household doing the 30 challenge also. I'm hoping the post holiday blue will pass. I know that eating this way is so much better, I'm taking it a step further than I usually do. I do body building and contest prep is so similar, now I am just not eating my fav. Julian bread or having my favorite dressing on salads (galeos) or creamer in my java. That one is the hardest.
