I know! Is it bad that I prefer my wine over dairy or anything else? I feel fine without them and I'm definitely not missing them too much...but the wine...the wine! I might try non-gluten grains a few days down the road, but we'll see.

Personally, I'm putting wine at the top of the list and will maybe look at the others if & when Im ready.
