Looking to have a healthier relationship with food and to live a healthier whole life! Looked into Whole30 originally because I wanted to lose that "last 5 pounds." So my first Whole30 was unsuccessful because I was doing it for the wrong reasons. Almost 1 year later and I have a better mindset on weight and realizing my "goal weight" probably won't happen and learning to be okay with that because I realize that I don't have anymore to lose. I am now attempting to get back to the Whole30 lifestyle based on the health benefits and I can't wait to see where this takes me!
