I always do oatmeal on non-gluten grain day. To be certified gluten free I'm assuming the facility needs to be totally gluten free but the oats won't actually contain gluten. That's my understanding anyway

Having your own kitchen for the trips should make sticking to your Whole30 totally doable!  I would just suggest making a meal plan for the days you will be there and making sure you are prepared overall.  Know where you can shop for food if you need to while you're there.  Keeping your meals simple will help too.  Remember, your only job is to eat compliant foods.  Let good enough be good enough Good luck!

Disney is very accommodating with dietary restrictions. Here are a couple resources

I have 50 years of dieting experience behind me. I've lived throught the Great Snackwells Fat Free Cookie rush of 1991. My whole adulthood nutrition belief system was indoctrinated with "FAT is BAD". It's been really hard to cook with fat and plate fat since I started W30 but, I wanted a whole hearted effort so I did it. Ghee, olive oil, coconut milk, avocados, olives, crispy salmon skin, nuts... eating them.
I haven't been hungry since week 2 of my first W30.
    Eat the fat.

I don't get that hungry in the morning before breakfast and lunch, but I am usually starving (hangry) by the time I get home. I am going to be very conscious about the timing of my meals and might try to add in a third, mini meal in between lunch and dinner for the next few work days to see if that helps! I'll report back   Thanks again!

It is so hard to predict how you are going to feel at the end of your 30 days.  You may feel so good that you don't want to touch a drop of alcohol and that's totally ok.  Just because you have consumed alcohol at this event every other year doesn't mean you have to this time.  I remember going out to eat after a round and I ordered sparkling water with limes.  Usually I would have ordered wine.  I just didn't want it.
You could also choose to reintroduce alcohol first.  So day 1 of reintroduction, do alcohol.  Then continue with reintroduction as outlined.
You could look up Whole30 mocktail recipes to have at the event too.  That could be really fun!
    I hope this helps!

^^^ All of this! I ended my first round with a social event, very similar to yours - I reintroed alcohol that weekend - took my own food for the BBQ and had apple ciders (I figured wine had sulfites and beer had gluten and vodka generally has corn, so apple cider was at least straight forward).

I use frozen broccoli not fresh. Any kind of compliant pasta sauce, marinara included. The broccoli does get mushy but I shred the chicken and broccoli together. It blends right in with the sauce which is a total win for me getting my kids to eat more veggies! Win win!

This dressing sounds so good and would be great as a marinade too. If you don't have compliant Dijon mustard I bet regular would taste just as good
