I'm on Day #15 and have just started experiencing headaches the last few days. I was fine in the beginning. I'm wondering if it really is a salt intake thing causing them. I haven't been using any salt all week...Hmm.... I'm going to try to use some salt on my foods and see if I notice a difference.
