  1. I'm at the beginning of day 8, and like several of the posters above experiencing daily headaches that range from annoying to hugely distracting from a work/life standpoint. Also general muscle aches, but those aren't too bad. I think I'm getting enough salt and water. Aside from the headaches, things are going well. This seems like a fairly common problem - so what's the most common solution? I'm glad to share what I've been eating if that helps, but it seems dubious that this would result from specific/idiosyncratic individualized food sensitivities. Thoughts anyone?
