    It’s going well. I’ve added a treadmill workout to my regiment. So I’m feeling on top of the world right now!

    I started over. Solely due to the failure to plan. Had I did what I was already doing that slip would have never happened, but I am starting again today. It can be done and will be done! I’m not giving up!

    Day 4: Still on track. I definitely had a foggy head and way more flatulents than any other day. One thing I am very happy about is the fact that I went to the movies today and didn’t give in or buy any of the theatre snacks. I was prepared and brought raisins and cashews, just in case I became hungry since the movie was during “lunch” time. Keep Moving Forward!!

    December 27th Start Date

    Day Two: I did an amazing job preparing my dinner for the week. Chicken breasts with smoke paprika, basil, Italian seasoning and some were seasoned with Garlic Salt and Cumin. Fresh Broccoli and a baked potatoes with sea salt and olive oil and smoked praprika again. DELICIOUSNESS!!! Throughout the 2nd day, only one side of my face was aching for some reason and my tongue. During the staff meeting, for some reason everyone had a sweet tooth except me. You would have thought it was Halloween all over again. Anyhow, I succeeded and did not give in. Day 3: Today, I felt like a Wonder Woman was starting to wake up again. When I got up I hit the snooze button and got out of the bed. I felt no need to return and didn’t. I had eggs and bacon for breakfast with a banana, spinach salad, with carrots, raisins and cashews, olive oil and vinegar for the dressing. I’m feeling on top of the world!!! No slips! I’m taking every decision and moment one day at a time. For right now, I’m going to enjoy this 3 day Victory!!!

    End of 1st Day: I Survived! Today I packed my breakfast and lunch before I left home. I ate my breakfast in the car which was carrots and raisins. I’m not that hungry in the morning, but I’m sure that will change over time. For lunch, I ate fresh spinach dressed with olive oil and vinegar. On the side I had fresh strawberries and another pack of carrots. That sustained me throughout the day, but I worked late today and became hungry before I got home. I almost completely caved in while I was passing all the fast food restaurants , but then I saw a Sprouts and quickly went in and picked up two Whole30 snacks....cashews and raisins. I failed to plan on this one, but will be better prepared tomorrow. I already prepared 5 containers of bacon and eggs that I can easily take with me for breakfast. Although throughout the day, I felt fine and had a good attitude, at this very moment I feel irritated for some reason. My husband and kids are in super great moods, but I am truly irritated...Must Be the Lack Of Sugar! I’m sure this will pass.

    This is going to work and it fits within reality. As long as we keep the mindset that sugar is like a drug, we will succeed.

    This is the same day I’m starting. I felt the same way about starting on such an odd day, but I figure Dec. 27th is the perfect time to start since things at work will be slower. This gives me time to process the changes to come.
