    These last two weeks I had dreams that I ate food I wasn't supposed to and ruined my 30 day journey. It felt so real that I woke up panicked! They weren't lying when they said you might dream about food

    I rescheduled my doctor's appointment for my 6 month check up so I don't have to get weighed I can't believe we're entering our last week! I've definitely seen a difference in myself, and there will definitely be some permeant changes that come from this. Thanks, everyone, for taking the journey! Hope the last week treats you well.

    I have struggled with anxiety all my life and I really notice a difference with that! I don't feel nearly as anxious about things in my everyday life. it's still there, and it always will be unfortunately, but it's not nearly as bad as it was before starting this, and I've had zero anxiety attacks, so for me that's a huge success! I think the tiger blood is starting a bit slow for me, but I think today it started because I feel a difference. I'm feeling cheerier and really productive at work this week. At the start of this I wasn't finding everyone around me all that funny, but I feel like I have my humor back! All in all, this week has been good

    That sounds awful! All day I saw people going in and out of the conference room to snack from my office. Part of me was happy to not be one of them. The key and true test will be not getting up to join them once the Whole30 is over!

    I came into work this morning to find donuts in our conference room. I had to move them because I was able to see them from my desk. Not today, Dunkin Donuts. Not today! It’s testing my self-control for sure.

    I think I've reached the "I need a nap" phase. I have been exhausted the past two days. I already feel a difference in just 10 days though, which is great! The past two days have been really stressful at work and I usually end up leaving for the day with a throbbing headache after days like these, but that didn't happen this week.

    Happy one week and a day, all! I've been indulging in a lot avocado the past two days with my meals, but is too much avocado bad? I love avocado (I could eat it every day) and I know it's considered a healthy fat, but is too much a bad thing? Just wondering what people's thoughts are. Thanks!
