It's my first day of my first whole30, and very inspiring to see whole30 veterans out there. Joint pain is a top reason I am tackling this now - stress management, deeper and longer sleep, giving my liver a break, and of course, losing weight are also driving forces. I'm not much for social networking, but it's nice to know I can reach out for inspiration and motivation, as I am tackling this on my own (with a very supportive husband ). Cheers all.
