  1. hello! I had a harmless harvest smoothie blended with protein powder post-run this morning…is “Dutched cocoa” plant-based whole30 compliant? I know cocoa powder is allowed, not sure if theres any caveats on whether it needs to be “unprocessed” or if the addition of alkali (to make it “dutched”) is fine…the ingredient list is below.   2. Hi, crazy-pants here. I was not sure where to post this - I am starting my reintroduction tomorrow and am feeling a bit congested so I went to fill my humidifier with Vick’s VapoSteam. The ingredients are as follows: Camphor (synthetic), alcohol, cedar leaf, eucalyptus oil, laureth-7, menthol, nutmeg oil, poloxamer, silicone…you put this IN a hot steam humidifier (not consumed lol).
