    Congrats everyone completing Whole30 and hopefully everyone had a good reintro for those who did! I introduced beans which I had no issue with and had 1 packet of brown sugar in my coffee in the morning. That was my first thing and did get a little bloated. I have not weighed myself but did feel some pants a little looser. Although, my stomach is not flatter and my love handles are still existent. I just think at this point it's my medication, which I then may stop. There is no clean eating and exercise that has changed that and it makes me upset. Overall, this was such a good learning experience in terms of how to eat and what to eat that is healthy but not just make it grilled chicken and salad. I hope to continue but hopefully I can see my tummy go down a little bit.

    Congrats on being halfway through! I've been feeling pretty good lately but I just haven't gone to the bathroom every day as I'm used to. There's something that my body is lacking that I go every other day Been feeling tired waking up the past 3 days...not sure if it's hitting a plateau or I'm just working longer hours lately but I want that energy back!!! Still proud of the continued progress I've made because I didn't think I could stick to this for even a week!

    Congrats on your victory so early in the process! By Day 5 I wanted to strangle everyone lol I started seeing results after Day 7 (today is Day 12) and cravings the past 2 days including today have been horrible. I work in a TV studio on weekends and the catered food, chips and cookies are everywhere! I've packed my own breakfast and lunch but its still hard to walk by and smell the choco chip cookies lol

    Hey! This happened to me as well. At least the first 5 days. I believe it was just my metabolism getting used to eating healthier and not having a ton of empty cals. My portion size was unreal and now I've gotten used to eating how much I've been eating. Just make sure your protein portions and veggies are enough.

    Yeast infection

    Saw this post and I'm experiencing one at the moment. I'm only on Day 5 and it started around Day 3. I'm very sensitive down there and take a probiotic anyway so I'm kind of annoyed that I won't know what foods help to prevent this. As posted before I guess I will Google and see if anyone else has been experiencing this. Thanks!

    Thanks for this! I just need other snacks to mix it up, I don't eat nuts every day. My metabolism is still catching up. The problem is even when I have a large plate with hearty foods, I get full as I'm eating but will get hungry a few hrs later. My work schedule is hectic so I never had a balance with eating meals at certain times. Ineat lunch at 1 and I can't always bring dinner to work bc I don't always work past 6 but then there are days I'm at work untill 7 or 8 and can't eat until 9 or 10. It's def a change but I'm in it now and won't quit.

    So I like nuts as a snack and somehow even the natural ones say they've been manufactured in a place that "may have" been in contact with soy, etc. Does anyone know if that matters or does Anyone have suggestions on where to get nuts, maybe Trader Joe's? I live in nyc and you'd think it'd be easier lol. Thanks! By the way Day 4 is almost ending and the cravings today kicked in. It was so difficult!

    Thank you for this! Perhaps my portions are smaller but this is my first time doing Whole30 and last night i did a meal from the Blue Apron package that was Whole30 approved. Their portions are smaller than I normally eat but maybe I was eating too much to begin with. I am snacking in between my meals when i am getting hungry (all fruits!). I'll try to increase the portion size and see.

    I'm excited there are some of us starting on Lent instead of February 1st or whatever first day of the month. I am starting tomorrow as well and just went to Whole Foods and bought a few things to start off the week. I'm really excited and looking forward to having everyone else on these forums as support. This is my first time doing Whole30. good luck to us all!
