Hello there! I'm a young woman participating in my first Whole30 in an effort to improve my mental health, energy, and emotional relationship to food. After many years of hiding my struggles with mental health, I am attempting to be more open about my experiences--all with the goal of adding to the burgeoning public conversation and de-mystification of mental illness.
I am also CRAZY addicted to sugar (man, killing the sugar dragon is really hard, guys!) but hey, I've gone 10 days without doughnuts as I write this--I can do 20 more, right??
