Hi everyone!
I have been having long cycles for the past 6 months, they range anywhere from 36-44 days. I'm currently on day 42. I decided to give Whole 30 a try because I wanted to see if I cleaned up my diet, if my cycles would shorten. I'm currently on Day 4 of W30 and feeling good! The sugar dragon pops up at night, but I LOVE not being able to feed it. Not having a choice makes it so easy to not indulge.
Looking forward to hearing about your cycles on W30. Anyone had their cycles shortened by eating for W30?
