    I've got the shakes

    Thanks ShannonM86, I'm going to try a balanced mini-meal and see if that helps.
  2. Just went out for lunch at a restaurant (Thai - yikes!) Had a salad with no dressing and Tom Kah Soup (coconut milk, veggies and shrimp). An hour later I've got these weird shakes that I used to get when I would be really hangry or over-sugar myself. Even though I ate less than a 1/4 cup of the soup broth, could I be dealing with a sugar issue?
