    GUYS TODAY IS DAY 30!  How are you feeling?  
    I'm feeling great!  I actually think Im going to keep this up for as long as possible.  See where this goes.  There are only a few things I miss, but like I've said I'm and all or nothing person, so I have gotten very good and not giving in to the temptations. 
    I have not been bloated and I think that has a lot to do with grains and dairy. 
    But i will say I miss a good glass of wine!

    Everyone ready?  I have to say I’m actually not. But I will not put it off.  I’ll have to wing it for the first day.  I pretty much will be fine.  Just don’t have a good lunch prepared.

    Are you feeling any better today, Brocha?  I’m hoping all that heaviness will pass for you and the real whole 30 magic will start to kick in. You can always eat less at a meal, although that’s pretty hard for me to teach myself. It really is a struggle sometimes to remember that I don’t need as much as I think I do. 
    My boss took the whole office out to lunch today to celebrate someone’s birthday.  I was kind of disappointed, because I had packed a fabulous salad with taco meat that I made last night. But then we got to the restaurant, and I ordered a phenomenal chopped salad with shrimp! I even checked to make sure that the vinaigrette had no sugar in it.  Really, I would’ve been OK if it did because I had a bottle of salad dressing in my purse. (I would not admit that to anyone except you) 
    And my taco salad was perfect for dinner.
    We are almost 2 full weeks into this, and almost halfway through. We totally rock!

    Day 10, and I’m still on plan. I expected today to be harder than it was, just because day 10 and 11 are often the days that people quit Whole 30.  I have noticed in the last two days that I’m in a better mood and I’m able to work through the day without any problems. I even have some extra energy in the evening. That’s been a big change for me. 
     I’m still eating white chicken chili occasionally, filling in with veggie omelettes and shrimp and roast chicken. I’m going through a lot of vegetables, but I stocked up over the weekend so I should be fine now. 
    Lunch today was a BAS, and it was fabulous. Romaine with avocado, chicken, carrots, tomatoes, raspberries and blueberries. And that’s a whole 30 dressing, but I can’t remember what kind

    Hi Laurie
    Thanks for responding.  I also remember when I did W30 3 years ago, that there was a lot more posting on subjects.  But its ok, both of my sisters-in-law are doing this with me so we motivate each other.
    The interesting thing about my doing this is that I really do eat quote healthy generally with the occasional holiday foods.  I'm also a very black and white all or nothing type of person.  So dropping everything on day one wasn't such a big deal.  Coffee included.  I just switched to tea (caffeine free).  I keep a 64 oz water bottle on my desk which is helpful to remind me to drink.  Otherwise I wouldn't get up to get water.
    Anyway, thanks for writing.  Good luck with W60 keep us informed!

    Week 2 Day 8!  How are you all doing?  My weekend was good, didnt stray but I also didnt eat at normal times.  And yesterday I didnt eat dinner at all.
    I dont really have a meal plan for this week, I kind of wing it.  I find recipes today make those for dinner and make extra for lunches.  Breakfast I have either salad and eggs or salad and fish.
    I started taking multi vitamins and turmeric pills Friday and I am slightly concerned its cause me to be constipated.  Ill look it up.
    ANyone wanna share how they are doing?

    My Day 5 was unexpectedly chaotic, with a trip to the vet that I had not planned. It completely messed up my food plans and I finally got to eat at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.  Still with no W30 food on hand, I stopped at Chipotle and got their Whole 30 Bowl. It was great. OK, I admit I was super hungry, but it was still surprisingly good. They have riced cauliflower flavored with lime now, and they add roasted vegetables, chicken, lettuce, salsa and guacamole. Highly recommend!
    Whatever it takes, every day, I am going to do this!

    OK - Day 3 and I'm rockin' this!
    I cooked up some White Chicken Chili just before Day 1, and it's been a great choice for lunches. I add riced cauliflower and an avocado, and I eat like a queen.
    So far, breakfasts have been scrambled eggs with spinach or mushrooms or asparagus (or all three), but I really need to plan something different so I don't burn out on that. For dinner I have more time to make something lovely, so it's shrimp or scallops with a few veggies on the side.
    I also have a treat late in the evening - a little bowl of blueberries & raspberries to eat one at a time.
    Feeling good right now. No grumpiness or weird hunger yet.

    Hello everyone!
    Today is my day 00 for the second whole 30 round. I'm planning to do a whole60, but let's see first how things go with the first 30 days.
    My first whole30 was in february/march and I felt great. In the past weeks I have been eating everything I can't, and I can mostly see that my anxiety levels are high. Body wise, I feel more constipation, but everything else is OK. It's just the anxiety that annoys me and I learned with my first whole 30 that it is because of sugar.
    In this new whole 30 I want
    - Reduce the amount of dried fruits and nuts 
    - Have nicer breakfasts that include more than eggs and fruits
    - Stick to only 3 meals, unless I'm doing sports
    - Exercise 6 days a week 
    - Plan my meals in advance
    - Spend less money and shopping smart
    - Wake up early everyday
    - Go back down to 65 kg (currently 68)
    - Sleep better
    Today is day 00 and I'll
    - Plan my meals for the week
    - Read a bit about the second round of whole 30
    - Recheck all the rules
    - Remove everything I can't from my home
    - Sleep early to start a nice and early day tomorrow

    Hi Jennifer! And Laurie and Lauren, too.
    I will be starting on the 24th also, right after I get back from vacation. I’m truly looking forward to feeling wonderful after I eliminate all these foods from my daily rotation. And it’s always good to take this journey with other people.
    I think I’ll make some white chicken chili to kick off my first week. One of my favorite whole 30 recipes; I’m sure it will put me in a great mood.

    Hi Jennifer! I am starting on the 24th as well! Was going to do it today, but I want to go back over the book and get some essentials prepped before I start next Monday. I've lost 50 lbs as least 3 times in my life and my relationship with food has been fickle over the years. Hoping for a complete reset and looking forward to making positive changes that last for life. WE GOT THIS!!! (most likely doing at least a Whole 60)

    Hi Jennifer! Welcome to the Forum.  I'm on Day 10 so I'll be on my last week when you are beginning. I'm considering doing a Whole60 so I might be here longer. Sounds like you've done this before? I did my first Whole30 around 2014 so it's been awhile. 
    A suggestion for looking for partners. Jot down the people who begin on or around your start date so you can track with them through the process. I've been on for over a week now and haven't seen many people introduce themselves. I'm glad you did. Maybe I just haven't figured out the best way to use this forum. It's set up by subject matter.

    Hi All,
    I'm starting May 24th, since I have a few family parties in the next week, and a holiday that is all about the cheese cakes.  I need to set myself up for success, so I'm being realistic.
    I'd love to have some W30 partners to help keep me on my toes!
