    Hi everyone, sounds like you are all doing really well. I have certainly noticed more constant energy through the day which is a great start but have been really bloated, quite gassy and had a very upset stomach on day 3. I think it may been the nuts, so have removed those from my diet. If I can't have nuts, would you guys just add extra good fat/extra protein at lunch and dinner? Hopefully that fixes the problem; otherwise I might need to look at low FODMAP...oh my god...scary times. Also, any other good breakfast meals for on the go? (i work long hours....yes, i know!) and often eat at my desk. i used to make myself porridge each morning, but obviously that is off the menu!

    Sourcing food in Australia

    Hi everyone, I am an Aussie on Day 3 and struggled to find compliant ingredients today... usually an Aldi shopper. Would love to know if anyone has any new compliant brands to tell me about?? I'm in Sydney BTW.

    Starting whole30 6/1/18

    Hi Everyone, Aussie girl here trying to find my way back to health and started on the 1st of June. Not very organised and rather hungry...(Carbs and chocolate are my BIG comfort foods when I am tired). I know we are only a few days in but would love to hear your best tips for success? BTW, i don't know anyone else doing this and only just found the forum so pretty happy to find you all here, hopefully we can cheer each other on.
