I bought crunchy almond butter from Target which is compliant (only ingredient is almonds). I also bought creamy assuming it was compliant since crunchy is, but it’s not. The creamy has cane sugar & palm oil. I was dishing up the creamy almond butter tonight for my husband & got a tiny bit on my finger which I licked off. We’re talking a tiny bit. It tasted sweet which is what prompted me to look at the ingredients. Do I need to start my Whole30 over? I’d hate to since I’ve literally followed it to the letter & we’re on day 15. It was the slightest bit of the non-compliant almond butter.
