  1. I gave up coffee and cacao on top of everything else. Do I need to dedicate three days to each of these as well or can I introduce these along with with whatever I start to reintroduce on day 1?
  2. The ingredients are: Ingredients: Carrots, Lemon Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian Parsley, Salt, Black Pepper The lemon juice is what's making me cautious. I'm on day 5 and ate 2 carrot slices before I had second thoughts. May have to start over.
