    Not so spicy

    I am starting Whole 30 round two! My biggest challenge were the "spicy" recipes. I tried to broaden my horizon with new and different flavors. The majority were just too spicy. Heartburn is just no fun. Are there recipes without all the chili pepper, cumin and "heat". By the time i adapted for the spices that aggravate my system the flavor profile was gone. I am not a picky eater but just can't take the heat. Help :)
