    Life after Whole30

    So, my plan so far is: - Week 1: Whole30 - Week 2: Paleo + Dairy - Week 3: Paleo + Gluten-Grains - Week 4: Paleo + Non-Gluten Grains - Week 5: Paleo + Legumes

    Life after Whole30

I will use up all my non-Whole30 foods and then maybe do a Whole7 or Whole14. After that, I guess mostly doing Paleo sounds good.

    Life after Whole30

Thank you! I think it's still in my mind that it's not possible to follow Whole30 your entire life (even though it was pretty easy for me). I think I'll start again soon.

    Life after Whole30

Mods: sorry, if this is not the right thread. If necessary, please move this post. Thank you! Hi all! I just finished my reintroduction about ten days ago. During the reintro days, my body did not show any specific negative symptoms to any food group (apart from a little bloating with dairy). However, now, basically after mixing stuff up, my tummy is very unhappy. Digestion is bad, sometimes having cramps. Also, snacking and overeating has returned. I am seriously considering another Whole30. Would that be advisable? What would you do in my place? The thing is, there are some foods that I do not really want to skip on (such as greek yogurt). However, during Whole30 I was feeling so much better. Thanks for your input!
  5. Hey all! So the reintro schedule suggests introducing pancakes on gluten grain day. However, pancakes contain dairy. What's up with that? On another note, could I have a baked good, which contains a little white wine. I'm hesitant on this, since the alcohol is cooked out... Thanks!

    Oats

Hi all! Are regular oats fine for non-gluten grain reintroduction or do they have to be certified gluten-free? Thanks!

    Full all the time

The portions are quite big, however. For example, the frittata was made with 300g egg whites.

    Reintroduction Schedule Clarification

    Does anybody know?

    Is this good/bad?

    Reintroduction Schedule Clarification

Thanks! Another question: I have seen different schedules, which reintroduce different food categories at different times (e.g., one starts with legumes, while the other starts with non-gluten grains). Does the order matter and if so, which is the correct one?
  11. Hi all! Do I understand it right that on day 1 of reintroduction, one eats all kinds of food in one category and Whole30 compliant the following two days (NOT eating anything from this category)? And if I notice symptoms for longer than two days, I would postpone the next category, right? Thank you for clearing this up.

    Full all the time

No really uncomfortably, but just full all the time. Very little hunger overall.

    Full all the time

Hi all! For me, Whole30 seems to be a little different. I do work out and cycle basically everywhere. Now, removing protein supplements, I eat even more chicken and eggs than before. I feel so full all the time. Is it supposed to be like that? Also, I do eat 2-3 servings of fruit during the day after meals. Is that too much? Thanks!
