    Full all the time

    Hi all! For me, Whole30 seems to be a little different. I do work out and cycle basically everywhere. Now, removing protein supplements, I eat even more chicken and eggs than before. I feel so full all the time. Is it supposed to be like that? Also, I do eat 2-3 servings of fruit during the day after meals. Is that too much? Thanks!

    The portions are quite big, however. For example, the frittata was made with 300g egg whites.

Do I understand it right that on day 1 of reintroduction, one eats all kinds of food in one category and Whole30 compliant the following two days (NOT eating anything from this category)? And if I notice symptoms for longer than two days, I would postpone the next category, right? Thank you for clearing this up.

    Thanks! Another question: I have seen different schedules, which reintroduce different food categories at different times (e.g., one starts with legumes, while the other starts with non-gluten grains). Does the order matter and if so, which is the correct one?

    So, yesterday was basically this: Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg mixed berries (about 125g) Lunch: Frittata consisting of Egg whites Bell peppers Spring onions Olives Smoked trout 1 apple Dinner: Chicken breast (about 300g) 1 pointed paprika handfull cherry tomatoes shallots tomato sauce (just crushed tomatoes + salt & pepper & cumin)

    No really uncomfortably, but just full all the time. Very little hunger overall.
