  1. I had it with just a small amount of almond butter. I've never had issues with almond butter in the past.
  2. Was on day 5 and feeling great until I ate a banana. It was starting to get the brown areas on the peel but all good on the inside. About an hour after eating I got severe stomach pain to the point of curling up in a ball. About an hour of this and then was fine. What is causing the stomach pain? As a side note I had eaten a bright yellow banana on day one and had no problems at all.
