    I just started today as well. It was a good day! First time ever I made my own Mayo! I laughed when I saw it was emulsifying!

    Hi everyone!
    Just introducing myself. I am very excited to start the program this coming Monday the 14th (letting myself have a big bang birthday party first). Any feedback for a newbie is much appreciated!

    I'm kicking off today (15th here in Australia, but 14th in the USA, I guess!) Bit nervous, not for any real reason, it's just hard overcoming my natural "wah, this is too much".

    Since I have to go away for a family event this weekend, I have decided to be smart and set my starting date for Monday, January 14.  This will also allow me to plan out my meals and go grocery shopping on Sunday.  
    My reason for starting this is two-fold. 
    I live with an autoimmune disease (psoriatic arthritis with some psoriasis).  While my medications are working wonders to control it, it would be nice if I could control the inflammation some and be able to cut down on one of my meds.   I have been feeling sluggish since gaining some weight.  I want to shed some weight and get my energy levels back in check.   Who else is starting on the 14th?
