There might be a topic for this already created but so many to look through... I have been having cramping, digestion issues for the last week. I am on Day 20 of Whole30. I am wondering of potatoes could be the cause? I have ate red, golden and purple potatoes. Could certain colored potatoes have different effects? Also in the last week, I have ate asian meatballs - recipe can be found online; egg bake with zucchini, spinach, broccoli/carrot slaw, onion; italian chicken sausage from Trader Joe's.
