  1. I woke up on Day 7 feeling like I had been ran over by a train. I’m so sore from head to toe. Feels like I did a full body workout for a solid three hours.... can anyone else relate?
  2. I’m on day 6 and I’m wanting to make stir fry tonight and the hot mustard I was going to use for my sauce says it’s * produced in a facility that also processes soy.* Soy is not an ingredient, but I want to make sure I’m not ruining my Whole30 by using it.
