  1. Today is day 59!! Yep, loved the way I felt so much on my first W30, I just kept going. So, I've enjoyed this question and all of the answers. I'm kind of freaking out..want to do the Re-intro, just not really sure what I've actually missed that much. (Spaghetti does sound good!) But, I feel so good without the grains, the sugar (yes, drinking coffee with "Nut Pods"- YUM!) I was a Starbucks latte addict before!!
