Hi everyone! I started Whole30 today for the first time and am so far very optimistic. I meal prepped 3 breakfast and lunches yesterday and am excited to keep going (even if I'm having first day nerves). I'm starting this challenge to feel better, hopefully help my migraines, help my sugar cravings, and to learn more about my body and what helps it thrive. I look forward to contributing to this forum and learning more about all of your journeys!
